Can everyone please send me their email addresses. As the club is about to become incorporated and we get more members we will be needing to contact everyone to organise officially joining the club, event, days, etc.
At the moment I have mobile numbers for a text list but this may become unmanageable and too costly in the future as we get more members.
Also I will need to email membership forms, newsletters, etc in the near future.
These emails will only be used for club business and not sold to any marketing companies, etc or used to send annoying jokes!!
